Well, dey claim that the alligatah gall is mo' of a poison den prackly [practically] anything dat choo evah did come across. Take alligatah gall an' trō' [throw] it in de path, or anythin' [any- where] where it won't hurt, an' yo' prackly kin git rid of de whole family.
The report calls alligatah gall a poison. Its asserted strength and effects are unverified, and the bracketed glosses remain editorial.
